I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special for our daughter's birthday, and the spacious rooms made us feel at home. The location is fantastic, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, perfect for leisurely strolls. However, I did notice that some amenities could be improved. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting.

I had an extraordinary experience at Art Palace Suites and Spa! The atmosphere was cozy, and the suites were beautifully decorated and spacious. The service was attentive, and the restaurant offered delicious food with great live music. However, my first impression when checking in was a bit lacking, and the outdated decor in the Marilyn Monroe suite could use some updates.
